See every client's streaks without chasing screenshots

Your clients track their daily habits in the Notion workspace they already use. You get one dashboard showing streaks, completion rates and sync health for every client, plus an alert the moment someone goes quiet.

How it works

1

Get your coach space

You get a coach space, clients join with one link.

2

Clients connect their own Notion

Each client connects their own Notion. Their data stays theirs; they consent by connecting.

3

Catch drop-off before it becomes a no-show

Your dashboard shows streaks and completion per client. You get an email when someone goes dark, plus a weekly summary.

See it in action

Your client roster: streaks, completion rates and sync health at a glance, with an alert the moment someone goes quiet.

Built in the open

Notion Habit Heroes is built by one developer, not a sales team. Every feature ships from real use before it reaches a coach's roster. Read the build notes on the blog to see how the product actually works before you connect a client's Notion workspace to it.

Common questions

How much does this cost?

From €29 per month for up to 10 clients. Onboarding is manual. Talk to us for a quote if you run a larger roster.

Can my clients see each other's data?

No. Each client's data lives in their own Notion workspace. They see exactly what they choose to connect. Clients never see each other.

What do my clients see on their side?

Their own habit tracker plus any optional challenges you run. The roster dashboard with every client's streaks is coach-only.

What do clients need to join?

A free Notion account plus our free habit tracker template. Nothing else to install.

Does this replace my coaching stack?

No. It covers daily habit adherence between sessions. It's not a substitute for your program content, scheduling or payments.

Can a client stop sharing their data?

Yes, they can disconnect at any time. Their habit history stays in their own workspace either way.
